Venu 2s, no more HR sensor

Hi.

I just got my venu 2s one month ago, and it was working fine but suddenly, one night, the battery lost 55%, causing the watch to shut down, and when i turned it on again the HR sensor and SpO2 sensor were not working anymore (wrist not detected, and no light)

I tried to reset the watch, to join beta program, but nothing worked.

The software and the sensor seems to be in the right version.

Any solution would be appreciated.

I had a very similar issue with a Venu SQ. Sudden severe battery drain and problems with HR sensor. The HR sensor is now fine after I reset the watch to factory settings AND connected it and synced with Garmin Express, but the battery drain remains. And I see similar recent reports on the Venu 3 forum. This makes me wonder wether there's been a Garmin Connect app update that could cause widespread battery drain for the Venu series.
