Things were all great till a couple of days ago!
My Venu2plus, just over a year old..
All of a sudden, did this;
* Watch drains 10% battery every 30!! mins
* Sensors stopped working (sensor SW shows 0.01)
* Bluetooth stopped working (ANT/BLE/BT SW shows 0.00)
* BMX SW shows 0.0.0(!)
Got in touch with "local" support, Wich wasn't really local to start with. Being answered in English through Dutch support.
I did all they told me to do.

Well, that didn't do ***!
Watch is now constantly telling me there is update available. After I don't know how many updates green LEDs were working. Sensors SW and BMX version seemed right. But, still BT SW version was at 0.00 Then, another update available. And I thought, that's gonna fix that. Well it didn't! It even screwed my Sensor and BMX SW version over again.
