Sensor Version 0.01, BMX 0.0.0 (!) on 19.05

I have a problem with the venu 2 updated to 19.05.
The green LED for heart rate detection does not light up, no heart rate detection, no blood OS sensor, steps. 
The display does not light up when the wrist moves. 
There is an update in the software update menu item, running it at the next reboot continues to show it in a loop. 
Performed soft reset, hard reset, switching HRM off and on again without success, sync with phone and garmin express.

The problem is with the Sensor Version and BMX that do not work and consequently the step detection, heart rate detection, activation of the screen by wrist movement no longer work. 
Also doing the wifi synchronization from the phone gives an error about the low battery percentage, but it is at 100%. 
How can I fix the software versions of the two sensors? 
How can I reinstall the firmware?

I apologize for this disruption. If you are experiencing this, please contact Garmin Support in your region. It is possible that your device will need to be exchanged, and exchanges cannot be initiated via the Forums

i had the same a few months back, created some forum posts and a support request. Without any contact all of the sudden i received a sensor software update. Now i have the same issue again. Exactly like you. It's obviously a software related issue.

To conclude, Garmin is able to fix this with a sensor update 5641379 :-)

Same here. Everythin was OK on 19.05, but i've received a Sensor UPDATE , and all sensors broken

no steps, no heart rate , nothing
