I bought my wife a second hand, but as new, Venu2S. However it frequently loses phone connection after battery depletion. We notice it due to the reset of time on the watch to 0.00, because it does not sync with the phone. Looking at the watch settings it seems the Bluetooth connection is trying to connect but does not succeed. This only, and always, happens when the Garmin is completely empty and turns itself off. After charging the watch, and starting it the connection is lost and time starts at 0.00. We then have to reset the watch, delete the watch from the phone, and do a reconnection of the watch through Garmin Connect. It is obvious a very frustrating and time consuming proces. Does anyone know what could be the issue? And how to solve?
