Venu 2 does not track distance, despite correct map route

My new Venu 2 (bought today) indicates 0.09km instead of acctual 4.4km distance, although the map route is shown correct and detailed including underlying data like pace and height. Tracking was via GPS and GLONASS of watch.

When you started the activity, did you wait for the device to say "Ready" and then start it? When you look at this activity in the Garmin Connect App, is there a GPS map showing for the walk?

Thx for asking. Yes, I did. And yes, as I said, GPS in Connect is perfect with all details such as heart rate, pace etc, for each tour segment.
