Venu 2 bmx shows 0.0.0 (!)

Hi, my HRM sensor is not blinking anymore. In the system settings BMX is showing 0.0.0 (!). Also, i cannot sync spotify playlists because the watch keeps saying that battery is too low, however regardless of it being fully charted. Basically the watch has become useless since this weekend.

    Same here, with a Venu 2s, living in Sweden. The watch hasn't been used for about a year, but when charged up it did work ok for some hours. Until it did a software update, when it stopped measuring pulse. No light from any of the sensors under the watch. Checking SW versions I note that Sensor is "0.01", and BMX is "0.0.0 (!)".

    Also, the WHR version is changing all the time. If I just swipe "back" from the SW version screen, then go back in, the version shown for WHR is almost always different. Mostly the first number has changed, but sometimes all of the three numbers. Here is a list of WHR versions during the last ten minutes:

    Ok, so a quick update! I connected the watch to my PC via GarminExpress, and it said "Setting up your watch" (even though I'd already done that with GarminConnect). As I got this watch from a friend this was the first time I connected it to the computer.

    Then, when finished it just stated "You already have the last SW version". So seemed like no luck to fix the sensor version problem. However, when I disconnected the watch, it restarted, and then said "There is an update". I took it, and it said "Sensor update". After the update everything now seems to work. The versions changed to:

    Sensor Version: 27.16
    WHR Version: 14.00.06
    BMX: 14.0.6
