Venu 2 HRM not working anymore

Hi, my HRM sensor is not blinking anymore. In the system settings BMX is showing 0.0.0 (!). Also, i cannot sync spotify playlists because the watch keeps saying that battery is too low, however regardless of it being fully charted. Basically the watch has become useless since this weekend.

I've tested the following:

Soft reset
Hard reset
Switching HRM off and on again

Nothing worked.

hey there came here with same issue, started 3 days ago, my HRM just ended up not working anymore, i ve tryed also ur methods (soft and hard reset, and turning off and on the HRM.... the only thing i see is when i turn back on it shows up a yellow light than a green one and nothing more happends... i dont know what type of issue is this

Without any personal contact after posting the initial topic I received a sensor update. It seems to be working again.

To Garmin my question would be why they didn't update my sensor software earlier? What caused my sw versions to change??
