I've tried resetting to factory settings but "Other Data" still remains larger than factory settings. (Should be around 4MB).
The large "Other Data" size is the result of transferring mp4 files to the device which is not supported, now they don't show up anywhere to allow deletion...
Any help would be much appreciated.
