Venu Square 2 not didn’t reset

Last night my venu did not reset. And it did not track my sleep. I have reset it, checked the app for updates. Any ideas on how to fix this or what’s going on?

Mine has been doing this too, one and off for the past several days, I have a android phone (Samsung Galaxy A13). My husband has the same watch/phone combo and hasn't had the same issue, but I'm not sure we're on the same software version. Mine had a software update yesterday (3.60) which I thought had fixed the problem but now it's not connecting again. I have to long press the A button to restart the watch and that seems to force the connection again, but I keep loosing large blocks of steps, HR and body battery/stress data. Like even after the watch syncs again, there's hours of missing data. And I'm not getting notifications from my phone to my watch like usual...
