Distance is not being recorded when I use the Bike feature on Venu 2.

Recently, my Venu 2 is no longer recording my cycling distances. The timer works, as does the heart rate, but not distance or speed.

No problem here. I use both the BIKE (with GPS) and the BIKE INDOOR (with Speed/Cadence sensors). Just tested each, although I normally use the Edge 830 outdoors.
