Garmin venu 2 disconnect

Garmin venu 2 and samsung 23 keeps disconnecting and goes I to pairing mode every time I restart phone or move away from it, and I have to restart setup and sync. I searched all forums, tried to run permission all of them and also run in background. Restarts, resets, nothing works. Watch, does not work on Samsung s20 either. How do I fix this?

Hello, I have the same problem. It happens even without restarting the phone or watch The app no longer recognizes the watch and it must be paired again. On pixel 7a

Me and my partner also have this issue on Venu 2 en Venu 2s and Pixel 7a phones.

Same for me. Same watch, same phone. I cannot replicate the error. It's totally random. Sometimes it loses contact every day, even when both the phone and the watch are in the same room at any time.
