High Battery Drain on Version 19.05

He offers to exchange my watch and pay 150 euros! It was Garmin who caused the bug with the firmware. A disgrace.

Exchange for which model?

I'm just wondering, does Garmin test the latest firmware version on all devices?

If not, I highly RECOMMEND you TEST 19.05 version on Venu 2 model and you will see that terrible battery draining. SHAME ON YOU, GARMIN!!

haha. They just trolled you. It won't help!!

I know ! The guy says : "Although the watch is no longer under warranty, our engineering teams are actively working on a corrective update that could permanently resolve this issue. This update should be available soon and could be the solution you are waiting for." I replied that the firmware was released 8 months ago. That it is planned obsolescence.

Same with me !  My Venu 2s shut off when battery level is around 20% with no battery low signal.   Garmin support reactivity seems like my battery : very low !   Probably I won't buy anymore any Garmin product if they play with obsolecense ...  Shame on Garmin

No.  French support .  They didn't hear of anything on that issue  :-(  ...

French support too.. but not the same answer... If there are many of us, maybe it will change, or maybe justice. What did you say ? Have you tried a hard reset, etc...
