Garmin Venu cannot connect to Wifi

I have a garmin venu and it seems impossible to connect to the wifi network

I have tried setting it up through garmin connect and garmin express

I have the latest software, tried resetting

I have tried changing my routers setting, or going through mobile hotspot

But whatever I try, when I test my connection, I get "Connection failed"...

What can I do??

Make sure the network is 2.4, it won't connect to anything higher.

Thank you but I have done this by changing my router settings, and even tried connecting to other wifi accounts with only 2.4

Perhaps try removing the device from your Connect App and phone bluetooth and then add it back again.

I have tried that several times, the same issue comes back
