Ver. 19.05 Availiability Date and HRM issue

When the 19.05 update will be available for download? I am refreshing both garmin express and garmin app but download is not still available. However, does this update solve the HRM issue ? My HRM does not work most of the time, while sometimes works randomly !!! Did garmin fix that problem?

Your watch seems to be up-to-date on 19.05 as of right now. There were various bug fixes and improvements that were made with this latest update. If you continue to experience disruption with the HRM not consistently working, you'll want to reach out to your local Garmin Support team to review this.
