Amazon playlist lost and do not show up when i try to update

Have Garmin Venu been using for a couple years. Often times Amazon playlists disappear. Usually able to reload. This time cannot find my playlists even though they are still in my Amazon account. Deleted and added music app and no success. Deleted and reloaded Wi-Fi network and no success. Basically started from scratch and still not recognizing playlists.

If you continue to experience the disruption, please try removing the device from the Connect app and adding it again. Make sure you setup the WiFi network again aswell. If this does not resolve it, please reach out to your Locacl Garmin Support team.
