Do not disturb during sleep doesn't always work

I have the setting on, but last night it didn't work for me. Gestures still activated the screen during my sleep time when do not disturb was supposed to be on automatically. In the past it worked, but it seems like some nights it doesn't activate properly. FW 17.04

    Still not working properly or consistently. Still occasionally activates during the set sleep time. Seems to happen close to the start and end time. And then it also struggles to activate for a bit after the sleep time is over.

    I recommend performing a hard reset on the watch to clear cache on the sensors and testing again.

    1. Press and hold the top right button for 20+ seconds until the watch powers off manually.
      1. **Keep holding the button even when you see the Assistance Alert.
    2. Once the device is off, release the button and allow the device to remain off for a full minute.
    3. Press the top right button for 1-2 seconds to power back on

    If the issue continues please contact our Product Support team for further investigation.

    So last night it was ok most of the time with it only not working once. Thank you for the suggestion, but surely rebooting it isn't a proper permanent solution? There must be some underlying software bug causing it?

    I encountered this bug the other night.
    For me it occurred if I pressed a button on the watch to wake it after the DnD time had become active.
    It does not seem to adhere to the DnD setting after the button press.
    Toggling the DnD setting on the watch for me made it function correctly again.

    You disturbed the watch, so it disturbed you :P But I think unless you specifically switch off dnd it should still behave like it is in dnd mode, regardless of you pressing a button.
