I just ran 6K, the first 5 of which were in 24:45 - comfortably better than the Personal Record for 5K I set last week (25:01). Normally I can hardly move for the watch telling me about personal records, but on this occasion, it said nothing at all. Coincidentally, I also note that my phone usually notifies "your activity is available to view", but today it didn't.
I'm not normally too fussed about Personal Records, except that at the beginning of the year I set myself a goal to do 5K in less than 25 minutes, so it would be nice to have a record to prove it!!
I'm sure you can't just throw in personal records wherever you like, but given that the first 5 "laps" of my 6K run add up to less than 25 minutes, is there a way to retrospectively put in a record?
