Please can Garmin activate the auto-pause feature for hiking? Or implement the Resume Later? Please please please!
I hike a lot and we always take a break for lunch and to save batter, not get inaccurate data, I 'stop' my hike. 9/10 my watch will either auto-save or I'll accidentally hit the save button. It's super frustrating because I then need to start a new activity and then export the gpx and stitch the two together with another app.
So many people are missing this feature, I don't understand why Garmin can't just implement it for hiking too? I've been a customer since 2008 and went from the Fenix to the Venu 2s b/c it was much smaller/lighter without realizing this feature was missing :(.
Thank you for any help you can give or if there's an add-on I can add written by someone that would activate this feature?
