My Body Battery continues to

decrease even though I am

sitting relaxing watching TV in the evening. My husbands goes up at this time.

How to other people find their Body Battery go?

Almost always, my body battery only goes down, except when I'm sleeping. It goes down faster if I'm active, and less if not. Very occasionally, it will go up a point or two if I'm really still, but that is unusual.

So I think it's normal. :-)
