My Venu 2s will only charge to 90%.

My Venu 2s will not charge to 100%. I have tried charging it with multiple charges.  I left it on the charger for over 4 hours with the watch off. This has been happening for a while now. At first I thought I was just taking off charger to soon but it is very slow to charge. Is this a watch issue or due to the current software version. I am on 17.04. 

  • If the battery percentage is not moving past 90% I recommend performing a hard reset to clear cache on the sensors. 

    1. Plug the watch into a computer USB or wall adapter using the Garmin branded cable.
    2. Press and hold the power (top) button for 15-30 seconds until the watch powers off manually.
    3. Release the button.
    4. The power source should power the watch back on manually.
      1. If not, unplug the cable and plug back in to power on.
    5. Allow the device to fully charge and test again.
