Not getting calendar notifications from work calendar

Hi,

I'm not getting some calendar notifications on my Garmin Venu2 that show do up on my phone. Specifically the notifications from my work calendar.

I see the appointments show up in the calendar on my watch, but don't see the reminder notifications. If I snooze the one of the relevant alerts on my phone,I do see a notification on the watch that the notification has been snoozed.

I currently have all notifications turned on in Garmin Connect. I have tried turning some of them off in the past, but it doesn't seem to matter if I turn them all on.
