Turnoff on 30% battery and charge only till 80%

My Venu 2 turns off at around 20-30% of battery and is not able to charge more than 80-85%.

Also, charging takes a couple of hours, white previously it took 20-30 minutes.

Is anybody else experiencing the same problem?

Shall I ask for replacement?

If you search these forums, you will find that this is a common problem. What age is your watch? Seems that after 18 months the battery degrades quickly.
I have found, following advice in the forums, that charging significantly increase speed if you turn the watch off to charge now.

With my Venu 2S the problem was solved after updating the software through Garmin Express on my computer.
