After update to 17.04 Venu 2 altimeter issues

Dear Garmin staff

Recently I've update my Venu 2 to 17.04. Since that moment the altimeter has started to show crazy values like -8000/-5000 meters, etc. I'm pretty sure that it's related to last firmware update because I do daily mountain biking and can see in the graph when this data started to show wrong values.

I've tried the cleaning process described in Garmin website, calibration and restore defaults but none of those methods helps.

Please, it's there anything I can do further?

Any feedback from your side regarding issues with barometer with the last firmware version?

I am getting the same with my epix 2 , sitting on the sofa my altitude changes by 4000 ft in a minute.

Your colleagues from tech support on Spain did the same questions and asked me to send them a video showing barometer test mode. I did it but no answer from them still. Also I did the process described to clean the barometer and a factory reset but it doesn't help.

It looks like the attachment you've sent is only an audio file. You'll want to send the video file again. Also, since you are based in Spain, you will want to continue your interaction through email so you can be provided with the options available for your country.

There you might check the issues.

It's opening up fine on my end with the above link. But what you've attached in the email to my colleague in Spain does not. That is what I was referring to.
