Hi, my Venu2 doesn’t show anything, just black screen, when you press the lower button, just blue triangle is on the screen. Impossible to turn the watch on. The battery is full, it is more that 1 hour charging already.

Hi, my Venu2 doesn’t show anything, just black screen, when you press upper button, nothing happen, when you press lower button, just blue triangle is on the screen. Impossible to turn the watch on, battery is full, it is more than 1 hour charging already.
