Does factory resetting solve the floor counting and slow battery charging issues?

Like many of us, since some updates ago, in my case since April, the floor counting and elevation are completely messed up, everyday I climb more stairs than the empire state has according to my watch, over 100 floors, and before in 15 minutes I could charge around a third of my watch but now it takes hours to charge completely, so I wanted to ask if anyone has tried doing a factory reset to solve this issues
