Like many of us, since some updates ago, in my case since April, the floor counting and elevation are completely messed up, everyday I climb more stairs than the empire state has according to my watch, over 100 floors, and before in 15 minutes I could charge around a third of my watch but now it takes hours to charge completely, so I wanted to ask if anyone has tried doing a factory reset to solve this issues
The floor count issue is most probably a hardware issue based on my case and many others I have read about.
In my case hard resetting or factory resetting the watch did not help, nor totally replacing…

This is what they said? Seems unusual. They should at least open a case for you or add you to an existing case.
