This is a known issue as I’ve seen other posts about it from 2 years ago until 1 month ago. I just switched to Garmin from Fitbit because Fitbit was trash and they never provided adequate product support so I really hope Garmin patches this quickly!
I use the hydration glance to track water intake on my Venu 2S. Yesterday, I drank 64 oz of water. Today, my app reflects it’s a new day and that I have consumed 0 oz but the watch glance still says 64 oz. I re-sync the app and watch, still says 64 oz on the glance.
I removed the hydration glance and then re-added it. It remained at 64 oz.
I added the 16 oz I drank today through the app and synced the device and app again. The glance then added that 16 oz to yesterday’s 64 oz. On the watch, I subtracted the errant 16 oz it had added to the glance. I then went and checked the app and it had subtracted that 16 oz from yesterday’s hydration total.
I REALLY don’t want to have to return my brand new Garmin because it can’t do something as simple as daily hydration tracking. PLEASE FIX IT ASAP, DEVELOPERS
Did a soft reset and tried to put both the app and watch to 0. Now the glance is showing -8 oz! Why would it even have the ability to show a negative number there? Garmin, please provide a fix for this!
