Hi!
i got a venu sq yesterday and am really struggling with the sensor / sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Hence my hear rate, body battery etc is not being shown!!
i have tried restarting, different places on my wrist (no tattoos!), updating software etc.
i have seen in other fora that a software update should work. I don’t see that it works for me.
any advice?
