Hi, since last August the floor count on my Venu 2 has highly increased, but I did not change my habits.
Did the same thing happen to anyone else?

Welcome to the club.
Many users reported this issue. Garmin sent us to replace the watch because this was probably a fault in the barometer itself, either caused by an update or by a production defect. mine was replaced once, then the new device started having this issue again after one month of usage.
At that point I gave up and decided that after all the bugs, lack of support and amateur development of the watch I am quitting on Garmin with my next device.
Let us know if you found any fix for it. if it bothers you, set the stairs goal to 999, because for no apparent reason, you cannot disable the steps goal at all.
Hi, thank you for your reply.
My watch is out of warranty, do you think it could be replaced anyway?
If so, what is the procedure to claim the issue to Garmin?
Thanks and regards,

Can't say unless you try. In the past I've been surprised by support taking care of an out of warranty device. If not replaced with a new watch, sometimes they'll replace with a refurbished watch, which is virtually new from a cosmetic perspective. Or offer you a large discount on a new or refurbished watch. Depends on the situation.

Contact Garmin directly starting from the Garmin Support Center.
