I see that I have terrible sleep stress scores on days I work and they are great when I am off. I work 12 hour shifts at a very high stress job with a LOT of mandatory OT.. Is there literature about how this score is calculated and what I might be able to do to improve it? I couldn't find much. I'm physically and mentally used to the stress demands of my job, so I can't detect it anymore. I have about 4 years to retirement and I want to be healthy enough to enjoy it.
