GPS not working for runs after receiving refurbished watch due to battery drain issue.

I received a refurbished Venu 2 from Garmin due to the common battery drain issue.

Now, GPS is no longer working for runs. It takes forever to find GPS and does not record my run route.

Are there settings to review or does the refurbish watch GPS not work right?
