venu 2s shows unknown caller

My venu 2s always shows unknown caller even tho it is synced with my contacts. Any idea on how to get caller id to work?

After messing with it for an hour and checking all my permissions. They were correct. I finally just did a factory reset and that seems to have fixed it. Thank for you help.
