Venu 2 went dark

I purchased the Venu 2 about two months ago and have used daily without significant issues; it has sustained no damage. 

Today, after my run, I plugged it into the charger and it has gone blank/dark and pushing the upper/lower buttons does nothing to revive it.

  • You could try to reset it, if you haven’t tried that yet. If I remember correctly (you can google the Venu 2 manual too) hold the top right button down for like 15-20 seconds, then let go and press the top button again. This might reset it and bring it to life again. Make sure you unplug from the charger first. Or call Garmin support. They can also walk you through trouble shooting options.
