My Venu 2S, which I purchased on May 20, 2022, worked perfectly for one year and a month. Since it was updated to the firmware released in late June, its battery started to drain FAST, REALLY FAST, and started to charge up to 74%, which had never happened before (It used to go to over 90%, but I always disconnected it when it reached 93%). Now, when it drains to 21%, my Venu 2S shuts down automatically and shows a message that the battery has died when I try to power it on again. Plus, when I try to save ANY activity, it also shuts down by itself, which helps me to prove that this is a firmware problem.
The battery used to last 5 to 6 days until June, but now it only lasts up to 10 hours.
I can't believe that I invested that amount of money on a Health tracker that it's pretty much useless now. Garmin, please, address to this as fast as possible or you'll face a lawsuit from the various customers that have been suffering from the same problem, as I've seen endless posts in the forum reporting the same problem.
