No distance but I get GPS map data 14.07

I was out walking, no distance or speed was recorded but as you can see on the picture GPS is working because I got my path on the map. Anyone else experienced this and have a solution?

I had the same isue today. The first 2,5k of the distance was recorded and then it stopped. Time and even pace was shown during the activity but distance stayed at 2,5k ?? Afterwards I saw that the path was correct. Strange

I had exactly the same situation. First 4,05km was recorded correctly, i paused the training for 2 minutes, resumed, and then the distance didn't increase anymore... However entire route of the workout was recorded by GPS correctly...

Same happened to me. Was anyone able to find a resolution. Venu 2 15.20

Could be that the watch is incorrectly getting the distance from the built-in accelerometer rather than GPS. Sometimes, just restarting the watch will resolve this.

If you can download then post the file from Garmin Connect Web, we might be able to see what is going on.

In Garmin Connect Web open the affected activity.
Click the gear icon, then "Export original."
Insert that file into your reply.

Does this occur on all activities?
How many times has this issue occurred?
Have you performed a hard reset on the watch? (Press and hold the top-left button for 30-seconds)
What is the software version on your watch? (Menu > Settings > System > About)
What is the GPS version? (Menu > Settings > System > About)

What country do you reside in? United States
Does this occur on all activities? I've only owned the watch for a week (replaced another Garmin), some runs were missing sections, but this run shows complete run in map but mileage is not accurate
How many times has this issue occurred? first time
Have you performed a hard reset on the watch? (Press and hold the top-left button for 30-seconds) No
What is the software version on your watch? (Menu > Settings > System > About) 15.20
What is the GPS version? (Menu > Settings > System > About) 6.60

I have the same issue, started today. The maps shows my exact route that I walked but distance 0

software version 17.04 and GPS 6.60

Just happened to me today. Only tracked 0.01km of 2k walk. Was there any help from Garmin after sharing your data?
