Komoot - No Map shown

Hi together,

first time I tried Komoot on my Venu 2 plus everthing worked fine. The Map and the Tour were shown on my Watch. 

About 4 weeks ago my watch suddenly turned of and I were not able to turn it on again and so I received a new one.

Now, when I start Komoot, it doesn't show a map, only the blue and red lines, but no map. 

I tried to reinstall but without success. Can anyone tell me what I'm possibly doing wrong?

    What map are you talking about? If It is the summary one, justo keep in that screen (with the three dots) until loaded in the watch. If the map is within the indications I think there is no maps yet

    No not the summary one. I´m talking about the map during the navigation. First times I tried with my first Venu 2 Plus the map was shown. Now the background i just black. So its not so easy if there are two ways which are nearly parallel and you dont know which to take. With the shown map its no problem and I was realy impressed that the venu 2 plus showed the map.

    Komoot has launched this feature as part of their premium subscription
