Always On and Gesture not working

I just got a Venu 2 and the watch face wont stay on. Ive changed the settings to Always On both during and not during an activity. Ive synced and restarted both the watch and app.

It's the same whether I use a face I downloaded from IQ or one of the ones in came with. Also, gesture only seems to work during an activity, I have to tap the screen or press buttons to wake it up otherwise.

Any ideas?

Post up in Venu 2. This is for the Venu SQ, not even the Venu SQ 2. Cheers.

Look in your setting if do not disturb is activated or if your watch sleep hours are fine. Have similar issue because I set my sleep hours to 12:00 to 7:00 instead of 00:00 to 7:00.
