Venu2 lost/gone from Garmin Connect

I recently lost my Venu2 watch. There's a few places I think it could be and I've been systematically checking them out and using the "Find my watch"-button in Garmin Connect. However, since a couple of days, my watch is gone from both Garmin Connect and the connect.garmin.com website! How can I possibly find my watch now? And why did it suddenly disappear from Garmin Connect? Serial number is 6TQ042074.

  • I've looked into the serial number and noticed that the device was in fact deleted from your account. This can only be done from the specific phone that this device was paired to. So, it looks like it may accidentally been deleted. It is not connected to another account as of yet.
