My Venu 2 won't power on unless it's connected to a power source.
When it is connected to a power source it appears fine.
The battery is charged to 100% or at least it claims it is.
As soon as I remove the power it turns off and won't turn on again unless it has external power.
Has anyone experienced something similar? I'm open to ideas for things to try.
