Venu 2 Plus, blank screen, even after force reboot


I've only had the Venu 2 Plus watch for 7 days and unfortunately the screen on the watch has completely stopped working. Its just blank.

I rebooted the unit several times by holding the first button for 30 to 120 seconds, did this several times, even heard the intro music as it boots up, but still does not display anything on the screen.

It stopped working as I was playing golf and using the golf app. I could hear it playing sounds, but nothing on the screen.  Has not been exposed to any elements - no water, no g-forces, no drops, no scratches - I only just purchased it and don't want to wait several weeks for warranty repairs. What are my options?
