HFV sleep value not captured but visible in forerunner! Why does garmin lock ths feature out of the venu 2 when owning a training based watch?

Dear team,

I recently bought a venu 2s  for every day usage and set it to my primary tracker. It wears much more comfortable than the forerunner and I know that the watch is missing all the trainig stuff. Therefor I use the forerunner.

After I slept one night with the venu 2s I discovered that the watch is not taking HFV Values in the night. I could not see this and also in the connect app it was not visible.

Support told me, that the venu 2 is not able to do that and I should set my forerunner to the main activity tracker which makes the venu 2s completly obsolet in my oppinion.

But today I discoverd the the value HFV is visible in the forerunner 255 watch after syncing in the weekly overview of the HFV value on the watch  (not in the daily view only in the weekly stats). So some kind of value get synced.

So I do not understand why when owning a training based watch these values are not "visible" for the customer who pays 600 Euros for two watches. Technically these values are  availabe and captured - otherwise they won´t be visible in the weekly forerunner 255 stats. The forerunner could not capture

Is there any possibility to address this to garmin? Even the 120 Euro Polar Unite captures this at night and syncs this across all deviced.

Thank you ver much
