Venu 2 turns off at random moments!

I bought　Venu 2 over a year ago and about one month ago in March my Venu 2 started turning off at random moments.
The screen goes black and doesn't respond to touch or clicking buttons. After plugging in the charging cable it started working. At first, I thought it was because low battery level but after plugging it into the charger it wasn't low.
In the first week or two it was turning off maybe once in two-three days but recently it stops working every day sometimes after just a few hours. I tried many things and find out that after turning off the vibration Venu 2 started working almost normally and turned off 2 days later. Unfortunately, this trick stopped working, and currently, even vibration is tuned off It is stopping working very fast.

Is there any solution to my Problem?

Do a hard reset if you haven't

No way to solve it, I opened an RMA and send it to Garmin... by the way the problem is very popular so I think that it is a software problems... maybe introduced with the last updates... the changes about battery made the problem? I don't know but the smartwatch in useless...

I have started a thread on a forum but nobody from Garmin support answered. I have also written two times to Garmin customer support in the last two weeks and no one has reached me back...

To me Customer Server opened an RMA and now the watch is at service center... by the way I think that here in Italy they don't know about this problem written in the forum, so I think that they can't solve it... maybe they made a hard reset (that I have already done) and then send me back the watch...

Not sure what email you have used, but in my experience emailing [email protected] will get me a response within 3 business days. Also, depending on your country and time of day, you might have options to chat or call.

As said by seilogramp it went to support.garmin.com website and then I chose to send a email to the support with all the watch data and information about the problem. They told me to open an RMA for a pickup to service. Now my watch is at Italy repair service in Italy
