activity Mountainbike

i would like to start the activity and select "mountain bike" instead of "cycling".... i can't find any setting for this. How do I do that?

Mountain bike is not an available activity profile for the Venu 2 watch. You can find the available activity profile options here.

Yes, once it's uploaded to Garmin Connect you can edit the activity type and change it to your preference.

Check the app store, there are apps where you can start recording as mountain biking or other activities that Garmin doesn't support on the watch itself.

You can download Garmin Connect IQ where you can do a search for mountain biking and download whichever app you like which you will then use to start the activity on your watch and the activity will be saved to Garmin Connect.
