I have a bunch of workouts in my running activity. When I select 'run', my gamin selects the first (or last used) workout without me asking it to do so. How do I disable it using a workout if I just want to go for an ordinary run? I do not see any way to tell it to 'not use a workout', is this normal? Also, If I were to delete all these workout from my running on the watch (maybe that will help) how/where do I do this? and how to put them back in? can one create custom workouts? Pls note, I am only asking all this for RUNNING. thanks, Diana
