Run training plan on treadmill?

Dears,

I wanted to train for a 5km run but not in the nature but on my treadmill at home. Will my venu 2s accept this as well?

Yes, you can use indoor or outdoor activity profiles for the running training plans. For more details see What Is the Garmin Coach Feature in Garmin Connect?
