My Venu2 Music works fine until I use it for long rucks or long runs, at which point it randomly turn off and when I try and turn it back on, I get a blue triangle for a few seconds and then it goes back off. I try to turn it on again and it gives same trianlge followed by low battery indicator on the screen. I do it again and then it give me a qr code looking square and I can negotiate through a bunch of screens that are all technical data and other tech stuff, and it doesn't turn back on. Only when I get it plugged back into the power cord, it turns on and is in the middle of the activity like nothing happened. I called support 4 days ago and we deleted the activity folder and some other folder as well as the update to no avail. It's still doing the same thing where it dies in the middle of the activity. Almost like the battery dies except it doesn't die. When I got home and plugged it in it had 74% battery.
Does anyone have any ideas on how I can resolve this soonest?
