Bought this watch last week and sad to find this too. Why isn't this smartwatch compatible with swimming workouts? Please add support for it.
'Cause it's Health&Wellness and most people just track walks with those devices. Return it and look into a more dedicated sport watch if you have to.
An entire platform running on Garmin Connect app and a customer can't be allowed to replace the workouts on the smartwatch? Not because it isn't compatible but just because its intended to Health&Wellness track...
It is what it is. I can't help you there, I don't work for Garmin. Either you're okay with the specs the Venu 2 offers or you buy a dedicated (Garmin) sports watch. Similarly priced Forerunners do not come with touch, though.
