Pool workouts support Venu 2S - Request

  • But in this case, it is stated that the watch supports workouts, and also supports the activity... implying for any good-thinking person that pool-swim activity supports pool swim workouts.

Unfortunately, that's not true for swimming workouts.

Maybe your wife would be happier with one of Garmin's dedicated sport watches? Garmin's Health and Wellness watches are tailored for a different target group.

  • Bought this watch last week and sad to find this too. Why isn't this smartwatch compatible with swimming workouts? Please add support for it.

  • 'Cause it's Health&Wellness and most people just track walks with those devices. Return it and look into a more dedicated sport watch if you have to.

  • An entire platform running on Garmin Connect app and a customer can't be allowed to replace the workouts on the smartwatch? Not because it isn't compatible but just because its intended to Health&Wellness track...

  • It is what it is. I can't help you there, I don't work for Garmin. Either you're okay with the specs the Venu 2 offers or you buy a dedicated (Garmin) sports watch. Similarly priced Forerunners do not come with touch, though.
