Venu 2S - Hydration alert does not work

Hello Garmin,

I have recently bought Garmin Venu 2S (SW 11.16), I have set the hydration alert to 1h (do not disturb option is not enabled) but I do not receive alerts.

I have uninstalled/re-installed the hydration widget but still I do not receive alerts.

Could you provide any advice to solve the issue?
