On a new Venu 2s Hydration notification don't work

You mean reminders? Have you activated them?

• Hold (B) to customize the glance.
• Select an option:

  • To change the units of measure, select Units.

  • To turn on hydration reminders, select Alerts. <--

  • To customize your container sizes, select Containers, select a container, select the units of measure, and enter the container size.

Specifically not. But in the app, the notification is set to "Frequently = 1hr".

Does that mean I just get a notification every hour? Shouldn't the watch calculate this itself and tell me "Hey you need to drink"... to reach my goal.

I have only read that there is a problem with it at the moment. Many have the problem, supposedly.

Yes, even if it works, you'll only get basic drink reminders as per your selected frequency.
