Constant update ready to install

My Venu 2 constantly shows there is an update to install. I was on the 11.13 beta and now I'm on the official 11.14 software. If I check for updates it will say there is one ready to stall. I will click on "install now" and then it will power down and install it. After it's all done and I check for updates it will again say there is an update to install.....it never ends.

I had the exact same problem and solved it as follows.
I connected the watch to the PC and deleted the contents of these directories through the file manager (maybe only one is enough, but ...)

GARMIN\http\dl_manager
GARMIN\REMOTESW

Of course, I backed up these directories just to be sure.

Since then, I have no problem with repeated software installation.
