Heart Rate glance shows yesterday's heart rate graph [Venu 2 SW version 11.08]

When I open the Heart Rate glance on my Venu 2, I can see the HR graph from yesterday.

At the same time, Garmin Connect app shows the correct graph, from today.

Happened to me more than once.

When it happened for the first time, I tried to:

Remove/Add HR glance
Restart the watch
Reset default settings

Only the last step worked, but I don't want keep doing that on a weekly basis and set everything from scratch.

Garmin Express öffnen dann Garmin Connect öffnen, danach auf Geräte und Synchronisierungsstatus dort siehst Du dann Beta Software Update beitreten.

genau das Problem hatte ich an meiner Venu 2 auch, stehe schon länger mit dem Garmin Support in Kontakt wegen dem Problem.

Mach mal das Beta Software Update auf 11.11 dann funktioniert alles, so ist es zumindest bei mir

Beta SW 11.11 is not available for me. The last released beta version on the official website is 11.08.

Where did you get to download it?

MeeLosh, ffrey69 is correct. If you login to Garmin Connect, just select your watch's Device Settings and join the beta program. Then, sync your watch and the watch should prompt the update. If you still see yesterday's heart rate graph please let me know.

ffrey69, Garmin-Sierra thanks for the reply! I was already a part of beta program, but the update was not available directly from the watch. I followed the steps you provided and I managed to update to 11.11 beta. For now it seems the bug has been resolved!
